Dr Beneitone is the best! He actually listens and addresses all my problems and makes me feel comfortable. He doesn't attribute everything to my anxiety.

This office is always very respectful, they listen, hearing your concerns and doing what they can to take care of them. They are also excellent at responding through the portal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a physician.

I was the last appoinment which ran over. When I left the front desk was closed up. I wasn't able to get a readout of my information and my Batstate health site never works.

Instead of asking about the quality of care I got from Dr. Bennettown. You should concentrate on replacing him if he should ever retire the man is marvelous.

The front desk people as well as the nurse were very kind and helpful. The doctor that came into my room had me waiting for over 20 minutes for him and when he came in did not seem happy to be there. He seemed annoyed to be there actually. I informed him of having congestion for several days and he basically sounded like he didn't know what it was and just started listing off random things it could be. Then he decided to put in in the computer that it was the common cold. He also asked if I tested for Covid. When I told him no he said "wow I'm surprised they let you in here then" in a rude way. He did not even offer to give me one not even knowing whether or not that I had my own at home. I left feeling as confused as I was to begin with still not knowing what to do. I felt that it was a very poor visit with the doctor. I want to emphasize again that the front desk people and nurse were very kind and helpful.

The staff and nursing staff are always friendly & listen. I have multiple health issues and I wish the doctor had more time of our visits so I can absorb all he has to tell me about meds, tests & vaccinations.
