i wish i read reviews before seeing him... FIRST AND FOREMOST he cant hear you but doesnt tell you that, then even before you speak louder ANYONE OUTSIDE HIS DOOR, IN THE HALLWAY OR IN THE WAITING ROOM CAN HEAR EVERY WORD YOURE BOTH SAYING... hes a total fraud, he says, "Ive been practicing 50 years and learned testing doesnt do, what learning about you myself does, I want to know what a day in your life is, thats how i can help you." so he didnt just hear what a day for me is like, he witnessed it with his own eyes, but instead of HELPING me, this idiot DISCHARGED ME, AND became VISIBLY ANGRY AND MOCKED MY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE because it didnt meet his expectations that "i was BUTT-F( )CKED WITH A GUN TO MY HEAD" (his EXACT words), AND THEN EVEN ADDED that he can already see why my ex broke up with me (after about THIRTY SECONDS), and that i did not have the relationship i think i did. HANG IT UP, ROGER, YOURE JUST LIKE THE REST OF THEM, not ANY better, ALL YOUVE DONE IS LEARNED THE… BEST WAY TO CON YOUR VICTIMS AND MILK THEM FOR THEIR INSURANCE MONEY, its time to call it a career. note: we are required to respond to all the ratings questions, even though he has no staff. his punctuality was fine, he even called to see if i was still on my way because i was stuck in traffic without his phone #, but i was not going to increase his one-star rating by giving him a 5 on anything; his "knowledge" is vast but knowledge means NOTHING, the ONLY thing that matters is HOW ONE APPLIES their knowledge, so he gets a 1 for that.
