He actually spends time with patients. He sits and talks with them, listening to them. My four children, the youngest is in his forties, became healthier when we switched them over to Dr. Collins. My husband (80 yrs.) and I (70 yr.) are healthier because of him.

I would refer patients, family and friends to Dr. Collins. After my divorce, which was devastating for me, he patiently spent time with me and accurately summarized what I was going through in ways which were very helpful to me. I'll never forget that.

I have taken my husband to see Dr. Collins several times and he always shows concern and looks for a proper diagnosis. I have also been to Dr. Collins and received excellent care and treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Collins since early 90's and he is the best in the business. I have, however, just found out that he requires patients that take high blood pressure pills to come in every 6 mos instead of yearly as it has been for YEARS. Even though I am on medicare, it will not reimburse me because they say I have not met my deductible so I have to pay full amount when I go. Since I only pay $4 per month for pills ($48 yr), it will cost me double the cost of the visit yearly for a prescription.. This is not cost effective for me since I live on ss alone and cannot afford this increase. Therefore I am forced to change doctors who will see me yearly for this. I was told Dr. Collins has lost a lot of patients, thus the reason for the every 6 mo visit, to make up for lost revenue.

Dr. Collins is the best doctor. Dr. Collins has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. Highly Recommend!!!

Dr Roger Collins has been our family physician for over 15 years. He spends more than ample time with you, listens, a good diagnostician, a really brilliant kind man.

I have had cancer and several oncologist. Dr Collins is my family doctor and knows much more about me and the pain and suffering I go through as a result of the chemo I have taken. He is an excellant doctor that really cares to try and help you. He takes his time to get to know you and really identifies my problems and has been the best doctor I have ever came close to having. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family & I have been going to Dr. Collins for 20 years, so obviously we feel confident in his diagnosing and decision making. Not many doctors take the time to get to know their patients and histories, which plays a big hand in how they prescribe medicines & figure out what remedy is needed. There have been many times other doctors have been dismissive, but Dr. Collins s truly concerned about the welfare of his patients. My ONLY complaint is the office staff. For many years I felt comfortable calling & making an appointment and felt "welcomed" because the office manager AND nurses knew us by name. Now the staff acts as though it is imposition to speak (I had to say Good Morning first) and even to be pleasant. When people go to the doctor, more than likely they are not feeling well, so to have staff say "hello" and smile makes a big difference in how their entire visit goes. Other than his staff, I love Dr. Collins and my family & I will continue seeing him.

Dr. Roger Collins is the best doctor. He knows everything about everything. He spends his night reading and studying about what's new in the medical field, constantly educating himself. He helps you with cost, due to the government and overpriced medical cost. He does not run and rerun unneccesary test just to run up the bill as so many others do. He is very caring not just about u and ur problem but ur families having to deal with it also. He spends however much time needed talking to u.

He will do whatever it takes to find out your problem and how to cure it. He is caring and makes you believe you are the only patient he has. I firmly believe he goes above and beyond what a doctor is expected to do. His giving out samples is another way of his trying to help his patients. He is the very best. The only draw back is when you call to make an appointment, I agree with the others, I can't remember a time when rudness was not the name of the game. That is a big turn-off.
