The physician is nice and polite but not the easiest to communicate with or contact. I have mixed feelings about my initial visit, but I have just begun to see him, so I will reserve judgment for a while.

Prepare to be talked down to and dismissed as a patient if you are on pain meds prescribed by a Rheumatologist. Never felt so discouraged!

Went to What use to be Grove Hill office in Plainville Ct. and Dr. Hachem was the physician I got to see. Reason for visit was a acute problem that popped up on me. He was very professional and thorough in the exam and scheduled me for a diagnostic (ultrasound) test which subsequently confirmed his initial diagnosis... Would recommend him to anyone!
