Dr. Roger Raymond Heredia, MD

I have been going to him for over 7 years now and he is a good old style doctor.

In my opinion there is not a more professional doctor in the entire Valley. About 4 years ago this man saved my life after diagnosing a complication I had developed. I am proud to say he is not only an excellent doctor, he is also an excellent friend.

I was seeing him for over a year for herniated discs in my back and general medical needs, as in Sinus infections, cold, flue...etc. He runs in to the room, talks down to you, doesn't listen when you talk and try to tell him what is going on with "YOUR" body and then assumes he knows what is going on with you. When I asked him to see my report from my blood work to see what my HDL and LDL were, he said that the nurses had already called me with it before. When I explained that I did not get a report, (only a letter in the mail with a check mark that said "Everything is fine") he argued with me and stated that he knew his staff had called me and talked to me...I assured him they had not but that I just wanted to see what my report said, he lost his temper and yelled at me and stated that he didn't care what I thought, that my reports were fine and he would get me a copy to shut me up.He cares nothing about his patients and when we were discussing allergies and such, he stated that he… would give us a test to help figure out what the problem was...when we told him he had given us the test before, and it came back all negative for allergies he said, "Oh, that test doesn't prove anything". He is a joke of a doctor and according to all the other medical pro's. I have talked to they all know him and his staff are useless!

Zilch rating from me. Charges too much. Too quick to diagnose. Completely missed my problem costing me thousands. Never go back.

Dr. H has been my doctor for almost 30 years. I wouldnt have anyone else. I have moved 30 miles away but still go see Dr. H when I need to. He was my parent's and children's doctor too. He sits with his patients and really listens with such concern. His staff is friendly and helpful, too.

Yes the waiting period is long, but it is because Dr.Heredia gives all his patients equal time, and he does not treat anybody different. He is pleasant and friendly, and compasionate. He treats his last patient just as he treats his first for the day. I have never seen him upset. If he is tired and frustrated you wouldn't know because it doesn't show on him. I can't say enough nice things about this doctor. I have been his patient for 25 years.
