If this is the same Dr. Joy that was my doctor in the Danville v.a hospital. This will care you. He treat all his patience with priority.

No bed side manner. miss diagnosed couple different problems. Had High blood sugar for 3 years and never did anything for me until I was to have surgery and surgeon would not do it until I got my sugars down. Joy was then forced to treat me.

Was easy to get an appointment. He changes staff all the time so you can't get to know them. I don't feel the times I went to him he accuracy diagnosed me. Bedside manner is non existence, and never follows up. I passed out in his waiting room and he didn't even come out to check me.mif your in the hospital and it's the weekend don't expect to see him. Unles you just want someone to give you med then go someplace else

He Dosent Care What's Going On in Your Life, He Only Cares About What's Best For Him. He'll Prolong Every Perscription U Need Or What U Have Been On For Years. He Dosent Care. His Staff Is Extremely Polite And Good Hearted. But The Doctor Still Won't Rewrite Any Refills as Needed. He Will ask You To Provide Proof Of All Or Any "Have To Have" Refills. He Will Ask For Records From Surgeons And After He Recieves All Imformation He Puts You In Line For His Review and Will Review Your Records After He Tells U That's All He Needs To Refill Your Truely Needed Scripts But Then Still Make U Wait until He Makes His Review. Like He's The Cream Of The Crop The One And Only Doctor. I Feel If I Was Black I Would Have No Problems Having Anything Refilled. I Truly Don't Care For Him And Feel He's Racist. I'm Still Waiting For His Review After I Requested Legal Doc. To Prove Why Scripts Are Needed. After All That's All They Requested For Me So I Make It So For Records And Proof To Be Seen And He… Still Gives Me The Run Around. And Takes His Sweet Time Calling u Back Leaves u In The Dark.
