Dr. Roger Ashley Kasendorf, DO

I was seen By Mr. Kasendorf on the 27 of April. I've been in Comp for almost 2 years. I've been seen by 5 different doctor countless times. never getting more then 15 mins with them. 1 doctor even retired and i was moved to a temp as well. Each doctor saying they are going off the others recommendation in a circle all while Comp insurance denies everything. no one every really explaining to me what may be going on with my arm but the bear bones descriptions. i didn't know what to expect but let me tell you the first thing the Doctor here did, after saying hello was to explain to me now he was here for me. That today was about me, how we will be getting to recovery and how that was all i needed to focus on. once he went over the paper work i could see what he was reading was as mush of a bother to him as it was me. To finally have someone that understands may have been the most relief I've had since my injury. in just 45 mins i had a set recovery plan with treatment that was going out… to be schedule that cant be blocked and for the first time i see a way to getting the use of my arm back. on top of all of that where the other doctor said it was this issue come to find out there is a very common other reason i could be having my issues. Doctor here took just a few minutes to explain how the area works and why it could be one or a combination of both. knowing this i change how i rest my arm thinking i was defending the area but was pushing right on the other side where i may have been aggravating the other part causing the same pain in the area. Don't let distance from the Doctor here be a factor, He is worth the extra mile you may need to go to be seen by him like i did. When your health is on the line this man will do all he can to get you to the best spot you can and he's very down to Earth easy to talk with and even with 20 years in the trade still treats people like people. cant say that about my surgeon none the Comp Doctor. I had knee pain and couldn't run for weeks. Dr. Kasendorf spent a long time going over everything from evaluating my knee with an ultrasound, to going over all my options. He diagnosed me with Pes Ancerenus Syndrome. Intially my Orthopedic Surgeon stated I should do surgery. I am so glad I went for a second opinion! Dr. Kasendorf stated he would prefer me to try Physical Therapy, and some anti inflammatory to stop the swelling. After a month my knee felt better but I went back for a follow-up. Dr. Kasendorf completed and ultrasound guided steroid injection. That was 2 months ago. I HAVE HAD NO PAIN Since!!!!!! I highly recommend him to all my friends and family!!!!

I may be partial but Dr. Kasendorf fixed the problem I was having with my knee completely. I have not had a problem since he treated me in his office several months ago.

Dr Kasendorf is the best Dr I have ever seen and been too , I was so comfortable with him and able to talk to him about everything and really wish he didn't move to CA and wish he was still here in CT !!!

This doctor makes me feel like a friend, not just a patient. He is caring, gentle, and professional, while being concerned and attentive. He treats us as if we were his family members and he has the necessity , the imperative of healing us. He is highly skilled, beautifully trained. And he is easy to contact.

I am glad that I have a way to thank Dr. Kasendorf for all that he has done for me. He has gone above and beyond to improve my quality of life in a manner in such a manner than many others have been unable to. After a few visits, I was at an optimal dosage of medications and the injections performed were extremely helpful. At times, his office can get busy, but overall it runs pretty smoothly. He has become increasingly more strict with medication prescriptions, so expect frequent urine/saliva tests, pill counts, and such.

I've gone to alot of Dr.s in my life& never have I encountered 1 as caring, compassionate, on top of any& all problems relevant to ME, than Dr. Kasendorf! He gave me my life back, when your in his office, YOU are his ONLY PATIENT&he will figure out what's ailing you, it may take a couple visits, may take just 1.......... but he will! Also he's not the kind that says " Take these& see ya!" He stays on top of your care, as all Dr.s should! He is 1 of the few that takes that oath& not only takes it professionally, but to heart as well! Thanks Dr.K

in my experience dr, kasendorf and HIS STAFF does not understand the meaning of the hippas LAWS, his staff and himself have revealed MY PERSONAL INFO to other paitens and i know this for a fact because unbeknowns to him and his staff i knew 2 other paitents there and they personally told me what he said about me!!! be very careful with this doctor..he also likes to give out alot of pain meds without any questions..and could careless if a paitent of his has a problem and he has been told of this drug problem but refuses to act on the info for whatever reason...ive heard he favors his female paitents..to the point where alittle tears will get u alot of meds!!!

He has alot of patients so my experience was that of rushed. My experience with calling with questions is met with, I feel, annoyance.
