Great experience with Dr Kohn. I appreciated him taking time with me and explaining the procedure I was having. I had many questions prior and would call his office and I always got my questions answered. I was never made to feel like I was a bother. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful. Thank you! He was awesome!

Dr. Kohn made lofty promises about scar revision, and then never performed the surgery. Furthermore his office still hadn't refunded the money for the procedures that he failed to complete. And during a phone call to his office to try and work things out, something highly inappropriate was insinuated.

Had to wait a month for appointment. This doctor charged $250 just for the "office visit" plus charged $75 to take photos. Bragged about writing the text book about eye surgery and cosmetic eye sugery. Told me I needed cosmetic surgery for a better "platform for my make up" and I don't even wear makeup. Tried to talk me into $5,000 cosmetic surgery although that was not purpose of appointment. Assistant scheduled surgery before asking me if I decided, and without checking to see if this was even approved with my insurance. Oh, and staff making the appointment led me to believe he was a network provider, but he was not. When I asked later, assistant just kept saying "ok" over and over. I got burned, be forewarned. Check with your insurance company. Do not rely on his office staff because they are just reeling in the unaware.
