Dr. Roger James Levin, MD

I was suffering from severe jaw, neck and ear pain for almost a year. I had a previous sinus scan ordered by another doctor...nothing. Made an appointment with Dr. Levin after that and was sent to have a neck scan. He diagnosed me with a rare condition, “Eagle Syndrome”. I was ecstatic that he found the problem. Now it needed to be fixed, which entailed removing the Styloid Bone protruding down from the ear and into the soft tissue of the mouth. Surgery was done in 2019 and went great and no major issues. Just 2 weeks ago I had surgery, same issue but opposite side. Recovery wasn’t as easy as the first but I am on the mend. Thank you Dr. Levin...you’re the greatest!

Dr. Levin was uncaring and dismissive of my throat issues. He continually referred to my tonsillectomy scar tissue as what I thought looked not quite normal. I explained it wasn't the scar tissue it was the very back of my throat. Two other PCP level providers were concerned about the look of my throat and he continued to call it normal tissue. He finally said he'd send me for a scan so we could "put this to rest". In other words, stop bugging me with this. Very poor attitude with no consideration for patient concerns.

Uncaring and unprofessional. Never did tests to determine what was wrong. Passes you off to his preppy resident. Could care less about the patient. Don't waste your time and money going to this so called doctor.

Spent more time in the waiting room then with the Dr. very disappointed in his remark "you have to live with it".

Wonderful doctor in every aspect . The staff was wonderful, happy, and nice.
