Dr. Roger William Lidman, MD

He’s the best. Very thorough and truly cares about his patients. I wish he could be a PCP, I wouldn’t worry about any conditions I have.

I called to make a new patient appointment. Had the worst experience, horrible customer service. I actual have dual insurance , which they do not participate with my primary but do accept my secondary. I was rudely explained by the supervisor/office manager that even though they do take Tricare Prime the would first have to bill Aetna (which they dont participate), so they don't want to do the paperwork.

When I first met Dr. Lidman I asked him was he related to Mr. Rogers on PBS? I thought I had put a death wish on him. He jumped up and told 1 of his nurses to take me to exray and I couldn't walk and said let her walk, so the nurse got a chair and I knew she was going to be fired because of me. Then I explained myself to him to let him know it wasn't meant to be an insult.After that 1st visit we were the best of friends. He knows what he's doing and I give him an AAA t all the way. I never take anything a doctor who is good at what he does.

A Rheumatologist that cares about me as a person and not just as a $. Dr. Lidman has been my Rheumatologist for many years, and although my disease is progressing, he has been instrumental in helping me lead a pain free existence.
