Dr. Roger Kenneth Muse, MD

My first appointment with him was to discuss a new prescription. I called and waited for weeks after my visit to get it, no callback and no medicine. After a couple of months, I returned to speak with him about the medication and the progression of my symptoms. His words, 'If the preauthorization is sent I sign it right away.' (my pharmacy said it was sent a few times). He blamed me for not picking up the prescription and told me that I was overmedicated (then why give me more medicine??). When it was time to discuss my symptoms, he didn't listen. He said, 'I am a specialist and that's not what's wrong with you.' He was very aggressive and rude. I left there crying and had a major anxiety attack. Absolutely no bedside manner could be found in him, no empathy, no concern. I pray it was just a bad day for him and that he isn't always like that to people. It was one of the worst doctor's experiences I have ever had and I've seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime.

Dr. Muse has a great bedside manner. He comes in and sits down to listen to any concerns you may have. He's never in a rush to come in and out of the exam room. He listens and talks to you in a way that you will understand what he's talking about. I have been seeing Dr Muse for over 20 years and I will continue to see him.

Dr. Muse recommended by two people with good credentials . I have found the service provided very professional and friendly. Plus Dr. Muse is very knowledgeable in his field.

I like everything about Dr. Muse and all his workers, they are all kind and courteous to me. : )

Dr. Muse is a very knowledgeable cardiologist as well as an excellent communicator who instantly puts my husband and me at ease. We trust him; that says a lot these days, doesn't it? His staff is amazing, and the consistency of care provided by Dr. Muse and his team is excellent.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Roger Muse at The Southwest Cardiology Clinic. This was my first visit here and I have to say it was a pleasure. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Muse made me feel at ease and assured me all was fine. His PA , Gabriel was very friendly and thorough in explaining what he was doing. The front office staff was very friendly and professional. My wait time in the reception area was under 30 minutes. I had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Muse and his entire staff.
