Dr. Roger Lee Myers

Dr. Myers is great. However, is office staff are incompetent. They do not understand how to bill insurance. After over six months, with not contact from their office, they sent us a bill. I called them and they said the insurance would not pay. I explained that I have never had a problem with the insurance paying at any other doctor. I called the insurance company and did a 3 way with the doctor's office, verified that the insurance would pay. The insurance paid and there was a credit that I was owed. I called the office and they said there it was a zero balance. After much discussion with two different people, they then stated that there is a credit balance and they would mail it to me. I recommend that everyone check your billing and make sure that you are not owed money.
