Dr. Roger Anthony Perrone, MD

Dr. Perrone is an outstanding physician. My family and I have been under his care for many years. He is a credit to his profession. He is spot on with his diagnosis' and is also a positive and cordial individual. He provides excellent referrals to specialists as needed and has helped my family and I though numerous conditions over the years.

Dr. Perrone has been my doctor more than 10 years. He is responsive and reassuring and never an alarmist. It is fairly easy to get an appointment and I never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. When I recently had major back surgery in NYC, he not only prepared me beforehand, but actually called my home afterwards to check on my progress. I had a couple of issues during recovery and he saw me immediately and took care of the situation. Dr. Perrone is consistent and dependable. Pay attention to your symptoms and describe them thoroughly and Dr. Perrone will give you his best advice. The staff in the office is also very nice.

Since Perrone has failed to privatize his practice due to lack of interest I have noticed that he has spent less time with myself as a patient; I feel rushed and that the quality is on a decline. In dealing with a reoccurring issue he insists on using the same failed treatments. More than half the time he doesn't even remember medications I've received. Spending the time to review my file would indicate this information

I have been seeing Dr. Perrone for over 18 years and he has always been very accurate with his diagnosis and extremely helpful and reassuring. I have not seen a more caring, kind, friendly and knowledgeable General Practitioner as DR. Roger Perrone. He is a one in a million dollar doctor, a rare one indeed. I would definitely recommend him!

I've been seeing Dr. Perrone for years now. Thou I've never been seriously ill I always have faith in what he tells me.I've never had to wait long for an appointment and have never waited long periods of time in his office.He is relaxed, friendly and easy to talk you.He's always been there when I needed him. I believe Dr. Perrone to be an excellent physician.

My last visit I had a bloated and painful abdomen. First he told me I may have eaten something bad, which I had not. Then he told me I could be allergic to gluten. When I said I have been eating gluten for 64 years, he paused and said give it time. During the entire visit he never examined my abdomen or laid a hand on me. Two days later I was in a hospital with a burst appendix and an emergency operation. To this day I am suffering the consequences of peritonitis.
