Dr. Roger Edward Schultz, MD

Dr. Schultz seems competent, but he always seems rushed. I know that doctors have busy schedules, but some doctors are able to slow down and listen within this busy schedule. Dr. Schultz is not one of those doctors.

Was very short with me because my symptoms didn't conform to any usual illness.

I have visited this doctor 3 times over 2 years, once recently , when called for an appointment was required to schedule as a new patient and get a referral , took several weeks for them to acknowledge they received the referral, made me feel the doctor did not really want to see me. after all that , scheduled visit went fine, had me do a blood analysis , he wanted me to schedule a follow up appointment four months out that, I did the same day, this was in February, appointment was to be in June, received call from office saying that they scheduled me by mistake and the next available appointment would be in October!!!! this is un acceptable for any Doctor, as I was saying this goes to him not really wanting me to be a patient, Never going back and would not recommend him to anyone

Staff does not call you back when they say they will. You have to call them back every time. Not good !!

Well many times I have had to wait 15-30 minutes for the doctor and that is okay... They have a double standard about being late. I was late by 8 minutes and had to wait in line for 7 minutes, making me a total of 15 minutes late and it is not fair that he could not see me. I even had to wait another 10 minutes to see even if he could see me and they decided that he could not... My visit normally takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes and they expected me to drive back on another day costing me even more money and time. So what should I do? I believe all of our time is valuable and I could have been squeezed in somehow!

This office gives excellent quality care. The one big problem I have is I needed to see a prolapse surgeon and had to wait 8 weeks before an appointment could be arranged. I called and went into the office to ask for an earlier day but could not get this.
