Continuing Care Visits
We hope you share in our belief that regular preventive dental health care is a sound investment. The responsibility for returning for this treatment rests primarily with you. At your continuing care visit you will reserve an appointment in advance for your follow-up care. How often you return for your continuing care visits will be determined with our professional discretion. A written confirmation of this appointment will be sent to you in advance.
Office Hours, Appointments & Scheduling of Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Appleton, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process. Please call our office at 920-731-2211.
Our office offers convenient and flexible offer hours.  We also have a flexible lunch hour wihich enables our patient to come and see us during their lunch hour.  The office is closed on weekends and major holidays.  It is also closed at times when we are away attending continuing education programs to increase our skills and maintain knowledge of the latest developments to serve you better.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you.  We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately.  We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice.  This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see Dr. Stanek.  Please contact our Appointment Coordinator for any and all questions.
Insurance
As a courtesy to you we will assist you in submitting your dental insurance claims. It is the patient’s responsibility to know all aspects of their insurance plan and provide our office with the necessary forms and insurance cards. We encourage you to discuss insurance questions with our business office staff. The agreement of the insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.
Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company.

Feesand Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to discuss definite financial arrangements with a member of our business team. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. Patients will be asked to pay for their portion of treatment on day of service. We accept cash, check, money order, credit cards and we work with a financing part
