This doctor failed to diagnose. Failed to treat. I have a degenerative arthritis of the spine. Still waiting on a rheumatologist referral, or even that phone call. Poor healthcare! Rude staff. Nurse Panda is not more knowledgeable than the receptionist. If you have health problems this is not the doctor you want I would say on board. Mr. Tilley needs to retire.

he didnt have time to listen. i was sent in one office and had to wait to go into another room after another patient and no cleaning was done. i have called to make appointment and he is never there on days need appointment. never received my lab results. This office is so outdated. They dont even take debit cards for payments.

Without giving to many specifics, on numerous occasome in right at *8 when you forst calledions when called at 8:00 am to try to get an urgent appt, his receptionist stats, and I quote "you can come in and wait and he may or may not see you" When you call back 2 hours later to see if there is any way to see him or another Dr they inform you they will call you back, When they finally call back at 4 or 4:30 and ask why you didn't just come in at 8 when you first called.
