Dr. Roger Dean Tims, MD

Dr. Tims initially diagnosed me with COPD when I was 32 years old. At the time I had just quit smoking after 15 years. i was having trouble breathing at certain times of the day most of the time right after I eat and at bed time. He ran a breathing test where I blew into a machine and determined that I was in the early stages of COPD. I was a little concerned and felt that a second opinion was necessary. After seeing another doctor and explaining what Tims had told me he felt very sure that it was not COPD. He thought it may be acid reflux but thought to be safe I should have some breathing tests done for asthma and other respiratory issues. All tests came back fine and I was issued some prilosec meds for the acid reflux and have since had no issues. How Dr. Tims still holds his license I have no idea. I do not recommend anyone go to PCA west salem at all. The worst Doctors ever.
