Dr. Roger Lee Troxel, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Troxel for years now, have always enjoyed going to him and found him to be a competent doctor. Until right before he left his original practice in Walnut Ridge. It started out as over-booking, lack of time with patients and his original staff there was horrible except for one nurse. Now, it's not over-booking, the staff is polite and will attempt to help you in any way they can, but as for Troxel: unless he can throw a Z-pak at it, he doesn't know how to deal with it, nor does he want to. He doesn't seem to look into the credibility of any of the other physicians he sends you to, either, as I had to find my own way to find a doctor that looked into one serious problem I had to send me in the right direction. The doctor he had sent me to was a rude, lying woman who was completely incompetent and ignored everything I tried to tell her. Now, I have new issues going on and I have to actually ask him to send me to places. I understand sometimes a patient has to take… charge, but it feels as though that is all I do when I go see him now. He's a sweet man, very polite, but I think he's burnt out. It makes me sad, but I need to find a new doctor.

I love Dr Troxel. I'm not nervous when I go to him. He makes you feel comfortable and will always take time to listen to you. I think he's an excellent Dr. I've gone to him for over 5 years.

I found Dr. Troxel to be very professional and friendly. He was very courteous and stayed on track of what I was there for.
