Great doctor!! Excellent experience!!! Care about his patients!!! Overall Awesome!!!

Dr. Giggle was very aggressive. I'm a 32 yo female but im a small lady. I requested to have the kid scope bc it's smaller and that's what every other ENT used for me. He said that he doesn't use those bc his vision is bad. So I agreed to use the larger scope. It blocked my nose airway and could not breathe. I had to pull it out and my nose started bleeding really bad. He said since he wasn't able to do the procedure he referred me to another dr that's 2 1/2 hours away. I was so disappointed with my appt. It was a waste of my time . If his vision is bad he needs to reconsider his profession. I did not feel comfortable at all. He was terrible. I will never go back to him.

Dr.Tuggle received a referral from my PCP,and discontinued it without letting me know.I had to call to where he was and found out I wasn't even getting an appointment.He has never seen or examined me at all.He is going by a doctor whom he is friends with and colleague of his without looking at the inside of my nose.So,he said that my problem was headaches which he couldn't fix,even though I keep getting sinus infections every couple of weeks and having severe sinus headaches continuously.I feel he is unfair and did not take the time to even make sure I had an appointment for him to examine me himself.I have to question his credibility as an ENT Specialist because of his behavior and horrific bedside manner.

Rude, arrogant, completely uncalled for. We had doubts about his knowledge competency because of his lack of assessment, helpfulness, medication information, much less his professionalism and people skills. Do not bother.

Overall, he was rude and demeaning. He was a poor choice for a referral for an ENT problem. He hardly did an exam, offered no suggestions and discounted my history. He suggested that he didnt have much experience with the problem, but he was totally unhelpful.
