Dr. Roger Cave Wilson, DDS

Roger C. Wilson, a native of South Dakota has practiced oral and maxillofacial surgery in Rapid City since 1975. He received a B.S. degree from the University of South Dakota and his dental degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Iowa. Dr. Wilson became certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1978.
Dr. Wilson's leadership and commitment to dentistry is evident in his active involvement as a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the South Dakota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the South Dakota Dental Association and the Black Hills District Dental Society. He has been on the Board of Directors of Delta Dental of South Dakota and the Board of the South Dakota Dental Association, and has served as president of both groups. He is currently serving on the South Dakota …State Board of Dentistry.  Dr. Wilson is on the staff at Rapid City Regional Hospital as well as the Veterans Administration Hospital at Hot Springs.
Dr. Wilson maintains a commitment to the community through his involvement with the American Cancer Society, church boards and the Y.M.C.A. as well as The Black Hills Workshop. Dr. Wilson is married and the father of two grown children.
