Dr. Rogsbert Frenzel Phillips, MD

Dr. Phillips is the worst Doctor I’ve ever been in contact with. She is rude, loud, unprofessional and shows no compassion. She has poor bedside manner. The whole team was unprofessional and overbooked. I waited a hour and thirty five minutes to be seen with an appointment. Don’t waste your time or money. Find a better physician / surgeon

Dr. Phillips front office staff is very rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Im not sure if it is because they have a lot of patients or if she just chose horrible staff members. Terrible!!! Dr. Phillips is a good doctor but horrible attitude and she does not see any wrong with her pitiful staff! I would recommend you finding someone else if you can!

I've been a patient of Dr Phillips Rogsbert F MD since 2007. I did a lot of research before picking her. I was impressed. I picked her. I will say she knows her stuff.Over the I choose to ignore some red flags tell me to run because she knew her stuff. I've dealt with the 6 hour appointment, Her rude family members (Her staff which she will never see they wrong doing) I was diagnosed in 2007 with triple negative breast. (She did great with my surgery)A few years later I keep having pain. So like any patient I was telling my doctors about the pain.She was bringing on a new doctor to help out .The new Doctor told me that Dr. Phillips thought I was a Hypochondriac. I was appalled and hurt. So I address she apologized .I let that go.Next appt. She start asking me all kinds of questions because I had Medicare and was not 65 years old smh. Making comments like I can't even get this yet. Why do you get this.I let that go.I did a bad review on the survey in 2018 after that and stopped going… yet I still kept her aas my doctor. I just started going to the ER ,They got tired of me and sent me to a spine and back Doctor that did a MRi and my biopsy and found out that my breast cancer traveled to my bones. I found out this was breast cancer ER /Pr .All my Doctor dropped the ball. My breaking point was today. Dr. Phillips did my mastectomy on the left side in 2007. My oncologist had been monitoring my implant/breast for a few months she noticed a difference a told me I need to get a mammogram. I call Dr. Phillips office to set it up.Her staff keep putting me on hold to answer other lines. I could hear everything. The lady setting appts for surgery was talking to the lady on the phone with me going in about the patient that was just on the phone with her.So I said that it was very unprofessional to dogging a patient while on the phone with one. She muted me after that.(Mind you I was on the phone with them twice each time for 20 minutes she was annoyed with me when she got back on) she get back on the phone and says I'm sorry we don't do mammogram in the office any more. It's nothing I can do for you. So now I'm looking dumb face over the phone and feeling confused. So I respond well can you point me in the right direction where I can get one done. She's my doctor I know she has to get them done somewhere. She put me back on hold then the phone started ringing . She transferred me to a spot in Norcross Georgia a hour away from me. I sent the appt. And was informed that I need to bring a referral. I called back. They said they will contact me back. When they did contact me back she had the wrong name and date of birth basically the wrong file and said she would have to call me back again.she call back and set up a appt with the doctor. I then said I need you to send off the referral .she said she would and never did. I Go to my appointment this morning to find out they never sent the referral. So I called and then they told me they cannot even transfer calls ( a lie I was transferred to this place. I never been there before and didn't know about it until the lady that felt unpleasant about my comments on them being professional transferred me to them )so I called and was told they don't deal with Norcross that it would have to be in Hillandale. Mind you I'm at the appt smh. I really feel like it was done out of spite. The doctor told me she doesn't believe her staff transferred me over there when I know they did. I will never go back there again the lady was yelling at me today and basically called me a liar which I'm not. Even the lady at the place they sent me remembered the call from them.I will be finding a new Dr. Today. Enough is enough. I would like to end with say. Never solely put all your trust in a doctor know matter how good they are ( at surgery's) You know you best. If you feel something wrong speak up, get different opinions. If they keep sending you out for test and " finding nothing " yet you're still feeling pain or a lump. Don't give up. Don't be afraid to move on to another opinion. Fight for your life!

Dr. Phillips is great howeishr must have better business practices. She needs a new office manager. No reason you should have to sit and wait hours for a mammogram. This will be my absolute last year.

I arrived for my 11:30am appointment at 11:15am. I signed in and notated that I was a new patient. The waiting room was overcrowded when I arrived, but I just figured they overbooked as most doctor offices usually do. I saw people come in, but no one was leaving. An announcement came from the front desk clerk around 1230pm that they have a new system do they are having to manually put everything in the system so I didn’t get discouraged. Around 1pm. I asked the young lady at the desk how long it would be before I would be seen. She asked my name, and I replied. She stated, “are you a new patient?” I said, “yes!” She proceeded to tell me that there was new patient form that I need to fill out. I asked her didn’t she realize that I was new patient when I checked in. The answer was no. Needless, to say I sat around for 1 1/2 before it was even acknowledged that I was new which prolonged my wait. Here it is 145pm, and I still haven’t been called back. If I didn’t have an ongoing medical… issue that need to be addressed I would have left. I’ve read reviews and heard that Dr. Phillips is a really good physician, but this level of incompetence is ridiculous plus the wait time is horrible. If you have something to do, please don’t chose to come for an appointment on that day. They are sending patients up from other exams that are being worked in as well as patients that have appointments already scheduled.

Dr. Phillips and Dr. Robertson has been nothing but professional, patience, personal, thorough, great listeners, knowledgeable and understanding towards my health.
