Dr. Rohini Kasturi, MD

Dr. Kasturi is a fine Doctor but her office staff is deplorable. They are rude and disrespectful. told me to come have my blood work a week prior to my appointment I took off from work and when I arrived at 11:30 they we chatting and talking for 15 minutes before anyone could come to the window then they said the blood work girl was gone to lunch ...she goes from 12 to 1 it was 11:45. I could wait for an hour.... In addition, even when you have paid the maximum out of pocket for the year, they insist on getting your money for copays and lab fees to hold for who knows how long. I received my EOB two weeks ago yet they are just now going to forward to refunds and maybe I will have it in 30 to 45 days. This is after three phone calls and no promise of receiving my money yet!

She doesn't know what she's talking about! Her nursing staff takes at least a week to get back to you with an important question that you have left with urgency and then has the nerve to cop an attitude and lie when I have to call back a 4TH time and demand to speak to her instead of leaving multiple messages. She has no tolerance for the symptoms patients suffer. I understand there are limited choices in the area but drive away if you want good medical care!
