If I could give 10 stars I wouldn't hesitate! I'm out of Amarillo, TX and was seeing a local doctor for my seizures. I was diagnosed at 10yrs old with epilepsy and at first, my doctor was great. After awhile and when my seizures started to become more frequent, the doctor lost interest and would never see me for an appointment. They finally recommended me to Dr. Das and I traveled to Dallas to meet with him. On my first appointment, I learned more about my condition, than the 10 years I was seeing my other doctor. Dr. Das has been nothing but caring and helpful throughout my experience with him. My seizures went from 1 a week with my local doctor, to 1 in the past 4 months with Dr. Das. One small change to my medicine, and I'm feeling much better and seizure free! Needless to say, it is 100% worth the 6 hour drive for a 15 minute doctors appointment!

Both times I have needed refills on medications it has taken over 3 weeks and countless calls. Every call you sit on hold for 45 minutes for a nurse to treat you like a worthless human being for needing your life or death medication.

Horrible service. Waited 3 weeks for medication refills 2 separate times, and that was after half a dozen calls and an hour on hold. Found a new doctor. As if my medication wasn't life or death...

Dr. Daas does not care at all ascot his patients.. Terrible customer service.. Terrible follow-ups.. . I was having seizures and asked for a stay call l back and he never called me back never ed though it was red flagged and very important. He does not care about people. Absolute worst doctor i have ever been to.

Dr. Das is seriously my favorite neurologist of all time. I've been to two doctors and their bedside manner was lacking. Dr. Das however was wonderful, he answered questions and elaborated so I knew exactly what was going on. He was caring and kind. I felt at ease with him and like I was finally getting answers and a care plan we could work with. Very open and honest.

Dr Das is a very caring Dr. He has been wonderful while caring for my family member.
