I took my daughter into the ER who was in severe pain including her hands. She also suffers from Social Anxiety. Mr. Gupta held out his hand for her to shake and when I told him I didn't think she could, he said " Oh I think she can" and then grabbed her hand and shook it even though she was in excruciating pain both physically and mentally. After telling her that she looked alright to him he said he would get her some Tylenol while we waited for blood to be drawn. Then he left. We heard him outside the curtain a few minutes later just chatting to someone about how he was thinking about buying General Mills stock because of some article he read even though it's not the typical stock he usually invests in. This went on the entire half hour we waited for the nurse to come draw her blood. I had to ask the nurse about the Tylenol. Even though it wasn't her job, she went and got the Tylenol for her and a bottle of water. I'm sorry, but what kind of person forces someone to shake… their hand when they've expressed that they don't want to and it would be painful. If he needed to touch her to examine her, that's one thing, but forcing unwanted social contact is harassment. He doesn't even deserve one star.
