Horrible experience! I met with Dr Kedia 3 times before having him implant a defibrillator/pacemaker. He failed to either review or care that I have allergies to opioids and instead of telling me I had the option to have an anesthesiologist present he used only a nurse and morphine for the 2.5 hour procedure. This resulted in me being awake for the entire barbaric time. I felt every cut, every jab, every wire being sliced, and prodded in my heart and body. When I yelled I was told to stop and given more morphine. My face was covered and I was bound and restrained like an animal. When I met him again in his office for post-procedure follow-up he expressed how well it all went! Totally devoid of any emotion to how I felt and shocked when I called him out on his behavior. He then told me the pacemaker was working great and he wasn't seeing me again for 4 months!! I wanted to know about checking my meds as I wasn't feeling good and he said my regular cardiologist would handle it and that… was that. I suffered for over 3 months before I could see another electro-cardiologist who turned off the pacemaker. He said it wasn't working for me. This was after extensively using EKG's and checking me out not the pacemaker. I will NEVER see Rohit Kedia again!!

I recently had the pleasurable experience of being treated by the skillful hands of Dr. Rohit Kedia for cardiac ablation procedure to treat the atrial fibrillation I had been experiencing. In my visit leading up to the procedure he thoroughly addressed any concerns I may have had and left me confident that I would be in good hands. During the visit he meticulously walked me through the cause of my condition, what the ablation procedure consisted of and how it would potentially resolve the atrial fibrillation I was experiencing. He addressed the expected outcomes as well as any post procedure recovery concerns I may have had. On the day of the procedure all went well and was highly successful. I experienced none of the potential discomfort mentioned prior to the procedure. At my 2-week follow-up appointment my heart was still showing a normal sinus rhythm. Dr.Kedia is a really sweet doctor, who remembers each of his patients. Him and Shannon are two of the best doctor and nurse I've been to in a while. They always do their best to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I'm very happy I have the pleasure of them being my wonderful physician and nurse.

Dr Kedia is an excellent cardiologist. He is kind, caring, extremely organized and intelligent. He is an American and therefore communication is never an issue. He surrounds himself with the same quality of people with his office staff. Always a pleasant experience!
