Avoid this place. The doctor dissappears for weeks or even months at a time to go "out of the country" and his staff do not have any access to your records. Meaning your forced to wait until he returns to even get your records transferred to another physician. Not even sure if thats legal but they did it to us! So be careful!

I was going in for what United Healthcare cause a preventive colonoscopy which is free under my Wellness Women's Wellness program dr. Agarwal his wife who runs the office try to charge me $180 when United Healthcare called into the office mrs. Agarwal hung up on her this is what I am experiencing and unfortunately this exact same thing happened to my mother. Now as far as the doctor himself I had a colonoscopy 10 years ago and was very pleased unfortunately I had this exact same thing happened to me 10 years ago she tried to charge me before I could get in to get my results of the colonoscopy when dr. Agarwal walked out of his office and seen me literally in tears he called me back set me down turned around to his computer and said let me take this out of here he's always messing things up now if that's the case why does he have her there he is losing my business and others as well I think she is a scammer I think that the health care fraud department needs to be contacted in fact I'm… going to do that when I'm done with this review something needs to be done this woman needs to be stopped and now I am out looking for a new doctor I cannot believe that she actually hung up on the United Healthcare Customer Service representative.

I love the physician he is wonderful. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, takes time to listen, answers questions, responds quickly to your needs. However, after multiple attempts to deal with the front desk hanging up on me, refusing to assist me in obtaining records for other needs, placing me on indefinite hold, telling me she doesn't have time to to talk to me and now seeming to not answer all together, I have opted to find another provider. If he ever hires good quality office staff, I would come back.

Trying to get a simple consult. Had appointment for evening. They said because of late apt they couldn’t get insurance approval, rescheduled me for following weeek. Showed up and office is dark and locked up?!!? They apologized and PROMISED everything would be right on the next visit so I rescheduled a 3rd apt. Arrived for the 3rd apt and his wife the receptionist says there’s a note you may not show up and don’t get insurance pre-approval There’s not a chance I trust them to work on me medically! No way I’m letting them put me to sleep. Run. Run as fast as you can from this place!!!

Saved my life in 2015. Now another serious diagnosis and I have complete trust in his abilities to take care of this as well. Wonderful doctor !!! Blessed to be his patient !!!

I have been seeing Dr. Agarwal for almost 3 years and he has diagnosed me with several gadtric problrms. He is a great doctor abd has an excellent bedside manner. Thank God fir such a great doctor.

He's the best in town, And returns phone calls even after hours! We've beeb blessed to have him as Gastro doctor.

He is SIMPLY THE BEST!

Dr Agarwal is a very caring and has a great bedside manner.

Couldn't ask for a more caring Doctor... Never rushes you out!!! Staff, that could be improved!!!!
