I am here because I have been there. I want to pay what I have learned forward to you. I believe that educational experience, when coupled with life experience, breeds empathy without judgment. I needed more than anything to ensure all my pain was not in vain. So, I have over nine years of education in psychology and counseling, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, ADHD, and Alcohol and Drug Counseling. I will make sure we build a rapport with one another. I will listen actively to what you have to say. I will help you draw connections and discern patterns in your life. I will help you find your way back to the happiness and joy you deserve as you work through your trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addictions, and other life stressors and issues.
