My daughter sees Dr. Saad and loves her! Front desk staff needs help so I took it 1 star for them.

The wait time in this office is ridiculous. Every time they have been late, even with a first of the day appointment. She does not have the best bedside manner either. Would not recommend.

the dr herself seems qualified and is professional, dealing with her staff is the worst, including the office mgr. after waiting on hold for 20 mins for scheduling I was then dumped into a voicemail, her staff called with lab results but did not find it necessary to leave a name to return the call, when you are able to finally reach the office they will disconnect the call trying to transfer you

We have been going there for 2 years and it's HORRIBLE EVERYTIME! Being only 1 of 2 pediatric endocrinologist's in Las Vegas they have ZERO consideration for the patients time! Every visit takes 3-5 hours of just waiting! The office staff is rude, you can hear them talking badly about the other patients, it takes hours to get through on the phone to their office!!! So happy my child is turning 18 and I won't have to go there anymore! Find another endocrinologist!

This is the worst unorganized ill bed side mannered office I have ever experienced. I wish there were more specialists in Nevada that dealt with this issue but unfortunately there is not.

Sometimes you wait for an appointment, but that's because she spends a good amount of time with her patients. She always answers questions and has great bedside manner. My daughter loves her. Her office has had some difficulties/issues in the past, but the people in there now seem polite and more organized than the previous crew.
