Dr. Bercasio has been my PCP for several years now and due to med condition I'm in and out of the office all the time. I have never had a bad experience he is very thorough and personable. If your looking for a new Dr. that actually cares, I would highly recommend Dr.Bercasio!

About the money only.

The staff for this office is just horrible when trying to call them. I work in the shipyard there in which they do not allow cell phones. So during my 30 minute lunch I leave the gates to call to reschedule an appointment for my daughter. I was put on hold for twenty minutes and when I tried to call back they were at lunch themselves. I lost my lunch because of this. Tried to call back again after work where I was put on hold for another 15minutes. It took another 15minutes for the lady to look through the computer to find an availability for a month later. You get the feeling that the staff is undermanned and does not really care about the customer. Found a doctors office who was able to schedule me an appointment the next day. No long waits and the staff was really concerned about us.

Dr. Bercasio is kind and thorough. He does not rush his patients or talk down to them.
