Dr. Roland "trey" Craft IIi, MD, FACS

For 3 years he was my surgeon and he did do a successful colon resection and lumpectomy. What he did not do was close any of my wounds with any care (2 scar revisions to repair what he did). He did not explain anything nor seem to care that he butchered my body. I did not know how bad he was until I saw a good surgeon (who had to redo his hernia and mesh and fix my painful scar) just to be able to move normally.

Not only has Dr. Craft been very intimidating, condescending, and inattentive, he also prescribed a medication for my pain after surgery to remove a porta Cath that was twisted and causing me extreme pain other ill effects after obviously overlooking the information on my records that states that I am allergic to this medication. This left with me with NO PAIN meds after surgery on a weekend! Had I not known the brand name of this medication, I could have ended up in the ER with dangerous effects.

Dr. Craft is the absolute best surgeon. He is very attentive and accommodating to the needs of his patients. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He takes his time in explaining his methods and processes. Excellent bedside manner!

I am a very lucky person to have got Dr. Craft as my surgeon. He is direct, straight to the point and doesn't mess around. Dr. Craft is also very kind and caring once you can get him to slow down. While I was in the hospital I was told just how lucky I was and how talented as a surgeon he really is. He saved my life and I appreciate everything he did for me.
