Dr. Roland Andre Gaskins, MD

I was diagnosed by my primary physician for suspected plantar fasciitis and referred to Dr. Gaskins. Had to wait 6+ weeks for an appt. Receptionist on phone was rude. Day of appt., again a receptionist was yelling at someone on the phone. Office was cluttered and dirty. Appt. was on-time and staff who took me to an examination room was polite and professional. Exam room was cluttered and dirty. Dr. Gaskins never conducted any type of physical examination, but sat across room from me. Looked at some papers, confirmed plantar fasciitis diagnosis, said it would never go away and I would never get better. Said I needed some special insert from a company he recommended. Entire interaction took less than 5 mins. Nothing about icing down impacted areas or anything type of physical therapy I could do. Total waste of my time and my insurance provider money. Got home and started getting robo-calls from some prosthetic company I never heard about before, telling me they were from… Dr. Gaskins office and I had to make an appointment. Robo-calls came in several times a week and wouldn't stop until I made several calls & said I was going to file a complaint if they didn't stop. Visit was waste of time.
