Scheduled my appointment and verified insurance carrier was accepted which they stated was. Got to my appointment and after getting into the office they informed me that particular location will not take my insurance. I informed them I need to reschedule for another location then however, they told me not to worry they would straighten it out! They didn’t want to lose the money for that appointment ! In the future I could be seen in the other location she said. I let them know I would not be able to pay out of pocket with a disabled veteran home I care for. Once again they said it would be taken care of. A month later I get a bill for the entire visit which is at the insurance company rate and they refuse to take any action to rectify the situation. I’ve made several phone calls and sent emails but they know they misrepresented me. This is a disgrace and I will not be recommending them to anyone or use them in the future!

Having been under a cardiologists care for many years I thought I had a good heart doctor until, after just being discharged from the hospital by my then cardiologist the day before, I came up to Saratoga and wound up at the Urgent Care facility. I'm lucky he was the on call doctor when they sent me right to the hospital, though he never saw me or had any of my records he knew immediately what was wrong and saved my life. He's my permanent heart doctor now. All office visits have been thorough, no skimming over and "see you in 6 months"

In my 78 years I have seen many physicians in many different fields of medicine. I have liked most of them but when it comes to Dr. Phillips he stands head and shoulders above all the rest. He makes his patients feel as if they are his only patient. I know this because he is my sons cardiologist and also my husband's. I have been seeing him for many years and he is open, honest, caring and tells me exactly what my problems are and talks with me about how to address them. I feel as if I could not be in better hands as it relates to my heart health. He is very thorough in his care. I would recommend him to all.

Dr Phillips has always exhibited exceptional professionalism towards me. He is a delightful person and truly cares about his patients. His staff is also very good.

Reviewed the procedure I needed explained in detail,explained what would happen without it and then completed the implant within an hour of arrival at emergency room and set follow up before I was even woken up. Explained everything to my wife who was paniced I am sure.
