I've found a PCP that most of my expectations are met specially concerns with my medical conditions answered and explained Dr Pua is one of the doctor that is really thorough ,reason to really like him well also office staff are attentive and friendly .

Dr. Pau’s communication skills with staff and nurses is poor and borderline disrespectful

I have never had such poor care by a facility. Everyone failed to somehow not get my back XRays I had done at a hospital 4 weeks prior...and then blamed it on the hospital for not communicating better. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Dr. Pua was my husband’s doctor in the hospital and we loved how he took care of him that we decided to take him as our primary doctor. Our experience in the clinic was equally wonderful, his staff are great and took care of our needs promptly.

Im nearing my prime and i must say ive finally come across a Drs office that not only is the Dr amazing but staff is tooo! Upon entering the building im always greeted in a happy manner by staff (Gladys) !! I never spend more than 10-15 minutes to be seen ! Im always able to get my prescription in a timely manner !! Check in/Check out is done immediately to avoid the wait ! Dr Pua is always consistant and persistant with continuing care!! Gladys is always willing to go the extra mile to keep me a happy patient !! Couldnt ask for more !! Cant express enough appreciation to the staff and Dr for always making my visit convenient and pleasant!! Keep up the good work ... !!

Dr. Pua's office staff are very professional, hardworking & effecient. They are empathetic to my needs. Gladys is very patient and listen to my concerns. I highly recommend going to this office Dr. Pua is very knowledgeable, professional and follows through my case.
