Waited six weeks for an appointment, called me 3 days before and was told my Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO was not accepted by them even though they reviewed and approved prior to booking the appointment.

he lacks experience and knowledge in dealing with mental Heath concerns and blatant riches the patient in and out. Typical health care system.

I have been seeing Dr. Sparling for about 6 years and find him to be very caring and never rushes me through. He is able to tell me in terms I understand just what is happening and steps the improve the condition.

I found Dr. Sparling on the internet since I was new to the area. He It took a very long time to get into my first visit but, after that it was easy to get an appointment. If you are looking for a doctor with a good bed side manner then he is not the doctor for you. He has said a few things to me which I thought was rude. Maybe, he just doesn't sugar coat things. If you can by pass his personality and he seems to be a good doctor then he is the perfect doctor for you. The wait time at each appointment for everyone is always 45 minutes or more. NOT GOOD! My time is as important as his. If his office could work on the wait time it would be fine. Good Luck!

Although I like Dr. Sparling personally, the wait time in his office is over an hour on most occasions. Although you might miss your lunch waiting, you can rest assured the doctor and staff will have their lunch delivered. Staff is disorganized and paperwork is not filed or is filed incorrectly. It took four months for them to get the correct paperwork filed with the insurance for bloodwork. The doctor is frequently 'out' for extended periods of time and appointments cannot be made when you are ill. We have switched doctors. This doctor is far too busy to attend to the number of patients he has.

Best family doctor I've ever had. He treats the family as a whole unit. He's a very caring man. Really down to earth kind of doctor.
