Dr. Roland Fook Seng Tam, MD

Went in for severe ear cleaning (deaf in one ear and ringing) He listened to my story. Gently & thoroughly cleared out the debris with skillful hands. Then explained to me how to prevent it for the future. I wanted to shake his hand (western style) but he is a Doctor and quite sanitary, so keeps himself clean. Job well done! Thanks Dr. Tam.

The clinic is filthy, unsanitary and the Dr. is rude and unprofessional. I was referred to Dr. Tam by my regular clinic Dr., when she confirmed, by touch, that there is a lump in my throat. Dr. Tan used instruments, then returned them to the same drawer, the floors and chairs were filthy, the extremely worn exam table was covered in an ordinary bath towel, that was obviously well used.. I should have gone with my intuition and fled after I had sat in the dirty waiting room for 45 minutes.. He told me there was nothing in there and if I didn't like that answer I could get a 2nd opinion.

Although somewhat older Dr Lam was both professional and courteous

No help at all, didn't address the problem I came for, atrocious bedside manner. He dismissed all of my concerns, barely listened to what I had to say (my history, symptoms, thoughts, treatments). Rude & condescending, I felt him judging me and I left the office worse off than I came in. This doctor has "checked out" in my assessment. AVOID at all costs!

Horrific experience. Terrible bedside manner. Never asked any questions. Didn't examine area that I had gone in for. Made inappropriate comments. Very dismissive and didn't seem to care or take problem seriously.

I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. Unprofessional staff member. They never called to confirmed appointments. Very poor service. The doctor will lose business from his staff. Wish I never went here.
