Been with this Dr. for over 15 years can't say that l've had a good experience. I agree with most of the 1 star reviews, can't say l agree with any of the 3 star reviews. because it's so difficult getting in because the appointments are so far out l've been going to urgent care for my needs. But l need a referral for my shoulder and have to make an appointment with Atiga, so the earliest is almost 2 weeks out. So l took the day off to not miss the appointment because l work 12 hour days or more because in my line of work we get called on emergency's. So l go in for my appointment and the girl tells me my appointment has been cancelled because we couldn't get a hold of you. Well that's not true because l spoke with someone the day before my appointment and she didn't seem to know what she was doing, so she didn't confirm or deny my appointment and said that someone else would call me. l said No l'm working and busy as well, will probably miss the call. so apparently the left hand… doesn't know what the right is doing, either way lame excuse! Apparently it's there policy to do that, wow how many people do you do that to Doc? I guess that's what you're good at. I'm a busy person and don't have the time to waste like that. You know what our policy is, to do your job! We are not a loud to turn people away, someone could die if we did. A few years ago l broke my leg and you took a week or better to get me a referral, why is that? Sitting at home kept calling trying to figure out what's going on. You're bad for business! I guess l can only blame myself, pretty dumb being with you this long! I'm sure I'll get a bill in the mail, Right. Please don't call or email me, don't want to hear your excuses or that you are sorry. Unless you're going to pay for my day that l took off for no good reason!

The worst place that my insurance has chosen to attend me, calls never return, there is always a recorder that apparently is checked once a day because their call will always be returned one or more days later, terrible treatment of the patient, incompetent management and they try to never be cared for by the RN practitioner NADIA STEELE, also known as NADIA SERRANO, a lousy nurse who lacks a lot of professionalism and a lot of love for the profession, I can 100% attest that they will not be in good hands if she attends to them. Definitely be sure to collect opinions from relatives of this place before making an appointment, always remember that a sick person needs help to recover and here they definitely traumatize and abandon the patient, that's why I already filed my complaint with the State Complaint Department office of the registered nurses. So be very careful with this place.

Billed and sent to collections over a $25 missed appointment fee…an appointment I never made. All interactions, including this one, have shown they have no care or concern for patients.

The first time I saw Dr. Atiga, he looked like he was dressed for the disco. He was arrogant, egotistical, dismissive, and snide, I left in tears. As well, because of his arrogance and being dismissive of me, he misdiagnosed me, and I ended up in the hospital that same night with a deadly ailment. This is not a practice that you want to put your life in the hands of. Furthermore, his office staff are the most incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with. I have been charged incorrectly several times. The girls in the office are RUDE and the office manager is a witch! Stay away from this bozo!!!

My daughter was sick for a month. I took her in while sick and he said he could not tell us what's wrong. He did not refer us anywhere just argued with my daughters dad. Later I contacted a family member who diagnosed my child over the phone. After telling her the symptoms she advised me to take gluten away and my daughter has been fine since. If my family member can diagnose this over the phone & I told Doctor Atiga the same info why could he not diagnose her? His staff has some inconsiderate people as well. They were to call in a prescription. Days later I hadn't gotten a call to pick it up. So I showed up to the pharmacy, they never called it in. I had to sit on the phone arguing with the girl at the doctors office for an hour till she finally says "oh yes we called it in" when in fact she didn't and prior to that comment was telling me there was no record of the prescription. This office is just full of shady people, maybe two actually do what they can to help.

Dr Atiga doesn't want to spend more than two minutes with you, he is at the door before you can ask a question. Forgot to send my rx to the pharmacy, so i called and left a mess, no call returned, called again and again until i got to s/w a person, she said Dr didn't write anything about my prescription! And about my referral, even worst, not ready yet and who knows when would i get it... I will switch to another Dr ASAP

The quality of the stuff was poor and the appointment dates are so for set (at least a month away) So if you sick good luck by the time you have appointment you get well The doctor is just there to collect cash from insurance, you can get a better advice by online MD I do not understand what is the point to have a doctor if you can not see him or relay on his expertise.

I found Dr. Atiga and his staff to be very professional and helpful. I received prompt response regarding meds and labs. Very happy.

You can never get in to see him. He and his staff make no effort to help. Beyond disappointed!!!
