Dr. Rolando Tomas Otero, MD

Dr. Otero himself is amazing, but his staff is just horrible. They have no manners and are very very rude. The nurse practitioner needs to go back to school or go work with someone that don't see patients. They never answer their phones or return calls. I have a special needs daughter that she refused to write a letter for due to her not knowing her condition and the doctor not being available.

Very mediocre doctors, staff is full of non well educated people, Dr Otero is just another Dr produced by Fidel Castro's Medical dr factory in Cuba, that is laking of respect for his patieents, thinks this is a comunist country where people have no choices, if you disagree with his opinion get ready to see the real Dr Otero.

Great pediatrician! very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and approachable. Will definitely recommend him.

I was referred to him by Health park hospital. while my son was hospitalized for 5 days, I was asked if I had a pediatrician, which I did have by that time but she was not available when needed. she was part of a community health center. I'm stick with Dr. Otero since then. he is great. I'm about to have my second child, and he is going to be her pediatrician.
