Dr. Rolando Andre Prado, DDS

Rolando A. Prado,
D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Prado is a native
of Nicaragua; after graduating from the
University of Nicaragua with a Dental
Degree, with honors, he was awarded a
Fulbright Scholarship to attend the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,
where he received a Master’s Degree in
Pediatric Dentistry. He also attended the
State University of New York at Buffalo
where he received a second Doctor of Dental
Surgery Degree, in order to practice in the
USA.  
Dr. Prado is the owner
and senior partner of Wilson Pediatric
Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American
Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active
member of the American Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, the College of Diplomates of the
American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, the
Southeastern Academy of Pediatric Dentistry,
the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, the American Dental Association,
and the North Carolina Dental Society.  
He holds hospital
privileges at Wilson Medical Center. He has
traveled extensively through Central and
…South America on dental missionary trips
treating underprivileged children.  He is a
Rotarian and an avid photographer and
woodworker.  Dr. Prado is fluent in
English and Spanish.
