Dr. Rollie Duyao Rosete, MD

It's very difficult to reach Dr. Rosete's office by phone. I leave a voicemail and they call me back promptly, but 9 out of 10 times when I call I'm placed on hold. I am travelling and I want to request a phone consultation with the doctor, but I haven't been able to talk to a member of his staff.

I have been seeing Dr Rosete for the past 8 years. When I see him, he is great and goes over all my stats with good feedback to keep me healthy. His staff in the front however are terrible. They have messed up my prescriptions twice in a row now. Today I found out the prescription I've been waiting 2.5 weeks for was faxed to the wrong place though I've been using the same place for over a year on all my refills. My wife called them 2 weeks ago to confirm it was sent because the provider said it hadn't been received. Well, they finally faxed it appropriately today, but i'm down to my last 2 pills and have to wait a week to receive my mail order prescription. The front office had the nerve to say it was my fault for waiting to long to ask for the refill. Three weeks out is waiting to long on a 90 day prescription? Come on, take some ownership for your screw up. The front office is terrible and Dr Rosete and Dr Wadisan never do anything to address the inept front desk staff.

I have been seeing Dr Rosete since 2009 and have never had any problem with his office.

The Doctor is ifine the staff are amatures!
