Dr. Rollin William Fuller, MD

I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine. He was my mother's doctor in the emergency room at St. Josephs hospital in Savanna. He was insanely rude and dismissive. He sent her home at 1 in the morning saying that nothing was wrong with her though her blood pressure was 220 over 100 and she could not walk or move her legs in any way. We took her back a few days later and thank god she got a normal doctor and she was saved because she had blood poisoning from her statin medicine and a very bad UTI. I see online that he moves around quite a bit and I bet that is because he is insufferably bad and dangerous. I feel I must write this and make complaints elsewhere because he is a danger to the public.

This doctor is detrimental to the health and safety of his patients. His nonchalance, arrogance and general lack of interest in me landed me with a permanent J tube, horrible hospital anxiety, and numerous other problems that will continue into the future of my life. He did not run any tests, other than blood and a drug test (Because I was in excruciating pain and I immediately was made to feel like a drug seeker by his chosen verbiage). I would seek health advice from a potato before I saw this man again.

Doctor obviously does not like patients. Just want to run a whatever tests he can run on you and try to rule things out rather than listening and really understanding. and we learned that he is out-of-network of Aetna today. Guess what, we got a HUGE bill from him for nothing. What else do you want?

What an imbecilic statement to describe a doctor, as someone described Fuller in the previous review: "He smells good"! ER patients are not dogs to smell their doctor - they need urgent medical assistance which Dr. Fuller is neither capable nor willing to provide. He lacks everything that makes a doctor (not even a good doctor, just an average doctor) - he lacks professional skills, proper attitude, concern, bedside manner, etc. etc. He is NOT capable of properly assessing an ER patient's condition and this is what makes him very dangerous as a doctor for patients who are between life and death. He doesn't care if his patient is in critical condition facing death, all he cares about is himself and his incompetent diagnosis. Northside Forsyth Hospital should close their ER - it would be the same as placing ER patients under Fuller's care.

I was brought to the ER after a visit to Northside urgent care, where I was told urgent care couldn’t provide proper treatment or testing needed. I had been suffering from a high fever, coughing, vomiting, a syncope episode and back pain. Dr. Fuller lacked interest, concern and proper bedside manner. This was my second experience with an attempt to get treatment from Dr. Fuller at Northside Forsyth, the first being years ago for another incident. I recalled his demeanor and he hadn’t changed. Dr. Fuller operates on assumptions and perfunctory examinations, and makes lazy and incompetent diagnoses. He totally misdiagnosed my illness. I was diagnosed by my fantastic GP after my GP required a chest X-ray 48 hours later after my ER visit which showed I had severe pneumonia. I required steroids and two courses of antibiotics. I was lucky as I am in my late twenties. Should I have been older, Dr. Fuller’s negligance might have caused a patient to succumb to the illness.

My daughter got bitten by a cat that has never had rabies vaccine. I took her to ER. Fuller’ PA checked up on her and told us she would need some consultation. She left the room and later, Fuller came in. He didn’t even introduce himself , which I don’t think is the proper procedures for doctors (I got his name later from patient relations department). Neither did he check up my daughter. He said the chance to get rabies is very unlikely, and he wouldn’t give her any treatment today. Then he told us to leave. I questioned his diagnosis and stressed that it’s an outdoor cat with no rabies vaccine ; my daughter’s wound is bleeding, and he insisted to let us go. He totally ignored my concerns and left the room. We wasted 2 hours in ER and got nothing but a bill! I couldn’t believe how a doctor can treat a possible fatal infection like this! He probably thought we are Asian and Asians are all ears but no mouth. I don’t believe he would treat other Caucasian patients like this. He is… ultimately rude and irresponsible. If there were a choice of No Star, I would definitely give him nothing.

He is rude and he hates patients because he is not skilled enough to treat them. Avoid him!
