Dr. Roman Michaeljame Nation, MD

I heard the doctor yell at and curse his red headed woman employee real bad. He said the f-word and was real ugly to her in front of other people. He needs to learn how to treat women with respect.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nation for about 2 years after my family doctor left after the hurricane. Dr. Nation has done more in the short time I have been his patient than any doctor has ever done in finding out my medical problems. He is very thorough as well as caring and compassionate.

First appointment waited 1.5 hours. Came back following week for 8:00 appointment and still waited an hour. Why is their time more important than our time? How can you be running late first thing in the morning, and I see doctors and pa's arriving late. May change doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nations for approximately 5 years. He has monitored and provided close reviews of my medical condition and all medications. I needed to see a Doctor on 11/06/17 for a serious respiratory infection. I called the office at 1:00 p.m. and was immediately given a 4:20 p.m. appointment. I was almost immediately taken to an examination room and a staff member reviewed my vitals and prepped me for Dr. Nations. I was given a thorough examination by Dr. Nations. He diagnosed my situation and I was given two shots and two prescriptions for my infections. I write this review on 11/07/17 at 7:30 a.m. and feel much better already. Wait time can be lengthly, but they spend the time on you that you need.

This dude is a quack!! He wouldn't have a practice if it was not for the PA,, wait time 3 hrs!! PA awesome!!! office hogs rude!!!

I asked about my bill and I talked with 4; people got different answers I feel they cheated me I will not go back.

Let the statistics on this site speak for themselves. All the other doctors have maybe one or two reviews, he has 47. He has too many patients. I've waited up to 3 hours for an appointment just to refered elsewhere. He doesn't run any tests in office. I work 8 to 5, so that means I have to leave my job for these appointments. I plan to be there 1 hour and every time I'm there for 3. I will say he is very professional but when one is a professional, one cannot be emotional, also meaning lacking compassion.

Dr Nation is not someone who I would recommend to anyone. He is currently under discipline from the California medical border for having an affair with a married patient. You can easily check the state of California's medical board for this info. He isn't supposed to be supervising a PA in his practice. This is also why he was booted from the military. Do not see this doctor if you are female.
