Dr. Orsini attended Ohio University, where he majored in biology. He then went on to the Chicago School of Podiatry, where he graduated magna cum laude. Following his podiatric schooling, Dr. Orsini returned to Pittsburgh, where he accepted a Comprehensive Surgical residency with some of the top-ranked foot and ankle surgeons in the country. His in-depth residency included extensive training in lower extremity reconstruction, adult acquired flatfeet, limb deformity, and general podiatric surgery. In his third year of residency, Dr. Orsini was chosen to participate in a highly sought after trauma fellowship in Belinzona, Switzerland.

I highly recommend Dr. Orsini. He performed two surgeries fixing my bunion, hammer toes and a arthritic joint. I am so thankful that he was my surgeon. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, kind and very talented. The results are exceptional.

Dr. Orsini recently performed surgery on my foot to remove a very large bunion along with some other corrections to the foot. He is very professional, pleasant and has a wonderful bedside manner. He very clearly explained all my options and always answered all my questions. My surgery was very successful. He has also helped me immensely with my Plantar Fasciitis. I would highly recommend Dr. Orsini!

Treated osteoarthritis on my large toe. Very professional and easy to talk to. Listens to his patients. Has great “bedside” manners. Highly recommend him. Staff is superior as well.

Dr. Orsini was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my problem. He spent time with me and I did not feel rushed. The treatment he prescribed worked.

Dr. Orsini in my opinion is an excellent surgeon. He performed surgery on my right foot for bunion and straightened out my toes. He is very caring and dedicated to his patients. I am looking forward to Dr. Orsini to perform surgery on my left foot for the same problem. I would recommend him and have recommended him to others.

He rebuilt both of my feet. I couldn't have had a better doctor than Dr. Orsini. He will be the only one to take care of my feet in the future.
