Professional and efficient.

I was scheduled for a PAD sonogram. My apt was for 7 a.m. I got to the Bldg at 6:45 as is always expected for checkin with insurance and signing paperwork. The sign on the door said they didn’t open till 7:00. I waited in my car till I saw someone open the bldg at approx. 6:55. I waited 15 min.before I asked about wait time. I was informed the tech usually comes in after 7:00. I saw her waltz in from 10-15 min after 7:00. She told me she was having issues with the machine but I took notice when she arrived. My time is just as valuable and I would hope better service would be provided.

NO DOUBT ABOUT HIGH TECHNICAL LEVEL, BUT AT LEAST A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF BASIC GENERAL INFORMATION ON PROCEDURE, TECHNIQUE, WHAT IS BEING DONE, WHY, HOW YOU ANALYZE IT, ETC. WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED - I.E. ,TREAT PATIENT AS MORE THAN A HUNK OF PROTOPLASM. THERE IS MUCH TO LEARN; WHY NOT TAKE A COUPLE OF MINUTES TO PROVIDE PATIENTS WITH BASIC INFORMATION??? SINCE PATIENTS ARE TOLD TO REMOVE FOOTWARE, AND THEN WALK IN A PUBLIC AREA, THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME BASIC CONCERN FOR REDUCING CHANCES OF INFECTIOUS SKIN/FOOT INFECTIONS - IF YOU CAN PROVIDE CLEAN LOWER PITAMAS, WHY NOT CHEAP DISPOSABLE "SLIPPERS"?

I did not meet the doctor but I cannot say enough about the amazing technician Ken who was so kind, encouraging and polite during the MRI of a worrying injury. I ‘d give him 20 stars if I could. Everyone else from appointment to check in was helpful.

Check-in was welcoming, quick, and straightforward. Waiting was short. At the lab, Karen was caring and professional, e.g., narrating the process of the MRI machine or alerting for the unusual height of the step when stepping down.

Just went for a routine mammogram. The appointment was easy to make and convenient.Heather the technician was very nice and I was told that my images were fine in a timely manner.
