Dr. Roman Nicolas Santos, MD

Dr Santos is a very good doctors, who cares and renders thorough and compassionate care to his patients. He takes time to listen to his patient, and explain the diagnosis and treatment he provides.

This doctor LOVES to bill, bill, bill my insurance company. The staff there are very rude especially one of the nurses who is on the "large" side. Every time I'm there for an apt I have to wait well over a half hour, sometimes almost a full hour to be seen. This guys loves to make you come back in one week, then 2 weeks, then one week which to me, seems like he wants his copays more than anything. Do not waste your time with this guy. You can't understand him, he has no clue who you are every time you go for a visit and he always tells you something different. Save your time & money, stay away, far away!

I have been going to Dr. Santos for couple f years now. My wife also is his patient. We both are fully satisfied by his sympathetic care and attention. I would highly recommend this Doctor to all my friends.

Doesn't want to hear about any issues or look into them. Would not recommend this doctor.

don't go to this guy if you r trying for a handicap plack for your car! Refuses to help but will bill u anyway

Dr Santos has always been a professional and gentlemen to me and I consider it an honor to be a patient of a man of his character. He doggedly determined to help an in-law ultimately leading to finding a large tumor and literally saving his life. His office also cared for my terminally I'll father who has since passed. They treated him excellently. Dr Santos has been an example and encourager to me live a healthy life. Once he even to time to show me a simple exercise routine. Despite negatives others may have said or experienced I have never known any of that. I highly recommend this Dr.

Dr. Santos is a good doctor, however his secretarys are LAZY! I dropped off information needed for 2 referrals to see Neurosurgeons for my broken neck that needs surgery in a week and a half. I did all the work for them, the names, addresses, NPI #, ect. all they needed to do was send a fax to my insurance company with clinical results along with it. They did not do it! After countless attempts to get a hold of them (the least they could do is answer the phones, like I said before LAZY!) I had to wait the weekend to speak with someone. Once I got a hold of them it still took them the entire day before it was sent to my insurance company INCOMPLETE they did not send the clinical studies which it plainly says right on it! So I'm now scheduled for Pre-Op tomorrow which will most likely get canceled because of the lack of urgency, lack of professionalism, and lack of care for their patients, and pure LAZINESS! This is not an ingrown toe nail i'm complaining about.... it's my life!!!!! I'm… sick of waiting over an hour to see the doctor every time i have an appointment and this just crosses the line. I will be looking for a new doctor once i'm back on my feet after the surgery, that is if Dr. Santos Secretarys can get the referral done for my surgery!

I can only speak to my run of the mill complaints; scrapes, lacerations and contusions, skins infections, URI, insurance physical, and prescription renewal - things probably which could be handled equally well by an NP, for these mundane visits Dr. Santos has always treated me quickly and fairly. The office staff is very nice.

i went to this doctor because i was throwing up. He told me i had the flu and i needed to let time heal it. I found out a week later from another doctor that i was pregnant!!!
