I saw Dr Nica while hospitalized at YRMC in Prescott because of poor kidney numbers. I was being treated for other conditions at the time and I was pleased to see a doctor whom I have heard much about since I have been a regular patient at AKDHC in Prescott, although being seen by Dr Kim who is also wonderful. Dr Nica was a sight for sore eyes, being nicely dressed, very informative about kidney disease, and with a very pleasant bedside manner. In one hospital report she described me as a very nice gentleman, which pleased me very much. So, in return, I would describe her as having a very nice bedside manner.

Dr.Romanita Mica & dietician Casey Lewis were sweet , patient & straightaway fantastic. The medical assistants & staff were excellent as well.

This Doctor is absolutely wonderful. She saw my name in a Prescott hospital and was very upset that she wasn't notified by hospital staff when I was admitted. She dashed up to my room, made her presence known and made sure things were getting done.......all in a very classy and respectful manner. I enjoy seeing her at my appointments. I feel her passion for her job through her actions and her bedside manner. I miss seeing her in Prescott and am happy to know she has an office in Scottsdale in which I have yet to make it to. But I am scheduling appts and keeping my bloodwork and communication through her office. Her staff in Prescott were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I WILL MISS THEM TERRIBLY WHEN I VISIT DR NICA DOWN HERE IN THE VALLEY. BRITTNEY WAS ONE OF THE STAFF THAT WAS GREAT AT PERSONABLE SERVICE AND RETURNING CALLS.

I'm very pleased with the assistance I've received from Dr. Nica. She helped me through understanding my condition and even visited me at the hospital before my biopsy to discuss the procedure. I definitely recommend her services if you are in need of them.

Dr Nica is very caring. She takes the time to listen and gets to the root of the problem. One of the best doctors I have ever had.

Dr. Nica is a very professional, caring physician. She takes the time to explain new medicine, procedures, etc. and always answers any questions I might have. She displays a caring attitude towards her patients.Her staff is friendly and helpful.
