I experienced an appt with Dr. Agbayani about a month ago. I was accompanying my elderly mother. I have never in my life experienced such poor communication skills. He seemed to be ranting about I don't know what . Going over and over that we had a reoccurring issue. They said left side, he saw right side. He kept on going over and over this. I finally said it doesn't really matter. Let's deal with what you see. I tried to ask questions. He accused me of being contemptuous by simply trying to understand what procedural route he would recommend . If he didn't like how I phrased my question he should still not accuse me of being contemptuous. He then looked my mom straight in the eye and asked her directly if she still had her wits about her. My mom and I have never been so insulting by a doctor in our lives. He seemed unable to explain anything to us nor answer any of our questions. We were really taken back. Maybe he was having a bad day. But I would never recommend this doctor to… anyone.

Went to Dr Agbayani because I was unable to get into see the first Dr I saw for my condition and I was in acute pain. He seemed pleasant enough but proceeded to tell me I should have chosen to see him first because He was THE BEST ENT in the surrounding area. His ego was having a hard time fitting in the tiny exam room. He cleared out my ear unfortunately within 3 days of seeing him my ear started to become blocked again. Maybe he's not as good as he thinks. I know now to be weary of Drs who not only sing their own praises as well as disses the competition. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Akbayani did my son's surgery. For 19 years I had asked doctors why my son couldn't get rid of this problem. My son was given unhelpful medication time after time. When we finally met Dr Akbayani he knew immediately what my son needed. He was informative, available and kind. My son has a disability and he and his staff were very considerate of his needs. I wish Dr. A could be our primary care doctor !

He interrupted me so much, beginning about eight seconds into my initial explanation, that he never got what my problem was.
