Dr. Romy Aranguiz, MD

Worst physician in the world. Please do not see. This physician and her staff have no heart. They left our mom who suffers from bad RA providerless and medicineless because the doctor had some communication issues with her. She literally went to the office pleading them to see her and they refused blatantly. Who does this? Have you no heart? Did you not take the Hippocratic Oath to take care of humans? One day when it is your loved one helpless and someone like you is the cause of this, you will know what it feels like. Please save yourself and avoid this office and doctor and Lee health if you can like a plague. There is no effort for service recovery on their behalf either. Terrible….

Unprofessional, was not on time.

Good diagnostician. Spends time when you are in pain and need extra attention.

Most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to. She acts like a teenager instead of a grown woman and a medical professional. She does not choose her words and talks to you however she wants to. I was misdiagnosed. You have been warned.

I recently switched doctors and I'm very pleased that Dr. Aranguiz was available to take me in. By taking a more holistic view, looking beyond her specialty, she found some additional issues that needed attention. I't been a month and I've started to feel real progress. Thank you!

She makes constant errors and regents patient advocating for themselves. Her written English may be a cause for errors but she pays no attention to details. Patients herded in and out. Lee Health must be just interested in money. Aranguiz and that practice are a stain on LeeHealth. Rheumatology is a difficult field with few providers so Lee Health just joins the lousy pool. Long wait times so your time is not valued, just theirs. Staff is also the most incompetent I've experienced in 30 years. No follow up to incompleted tasks and they seldom complete tasks promised at appointment. Go back to east coast and send Dr. Soto back. Aranguiz has no invest in difficult cases and learning anything. She is lazily suddenly out of office for a week when you've had an appt. For three months.
