That 4 word review below gave me pause, but after reading Dr. Jacob's credentials, education and experience I moved forward with my appointment. I found Dr. Jacob to be timely, professional and very willing to take time with me and answer all my questions. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis thus far. It seemed like he cared not only about my diagnosis and treatment but about my mindset. There was a level of confidence that made me feel at ease (as much as I am able) with the next steps that need to be taken. The Heart Group also were prompt and professional through check-in and pre- visit questions/tests. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to friends and family.

I found Dr. Jacob to be a very caring phtsician. I was treated as a friend, not just a patient. He was very concerned with my health issues and did everything he could be get to the bottom of them. I left his office with the feeling that he was a very caring physician and I have every confidence in him with my healthcare. I asked a question of him on LGHealth and he responded to my question himself by telephone. Not many physicians would take the time to do that themselves.I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob to my friends.
