Dr. Ronald Joseph Brzana, MD

Dr. Brzana is a good listener but he gave me no advice whatsoever as to how to alleviate my digestive problems. I paid out more than two hundred dollars just for the visit, twelve hundred dollars for the tests, and the staff never called back about it. My colonoscopy test was cancelled the day before the test because I did not answer the phone instantly (never mind that people work during the day). I tried to call back for hours and I kept receiving the message that I am the eighth in the line. As a "punishment" my test was postponed for more than two months and I was supposed to repeat my previous visit before that, the visit that resulted in absolutely nothing. This treatment of patients is not really Dr. Brzana's fault, rather the high-handed behavior of medical bureaucracy, which is widespread in Altoona, a city that is sustained by medical establishments and patients.

Dr. Brzana is the best you will ever have. He does his job well,he takes his time doing the procedures, he checks every bend. He cares about the patient.
