Dr. Ronald Charles Burgess, MD

This doctor did not appear to have good communication skills. In my opinion he did not engage or try to establish a relationship so I didn’t feel I could trust him.

I saw this "doctor" once for around fifteen minutes. No exam and he asked a few questions which I answered and he changed two of my answers when he was writing them down. When I asked why the carpal tunnel was still there after surgery and shocking my wrists he ignored me and refused to answer. Worst "doctor" I have ever seen!

In my opinion, Dr. Burgess seems to feel that social graces are unnecessary. This essentially reduces the patient to a number or a product coming down the conveyer belt. He appeared bored and uninvolved and uncaring. He strikes me as being burnt out. There was no one else in the waiting room which isn't surprising. Go be a travel guide or Walmart greeter. Patients deserve better.

First time hearing carpal tunnel from body mass (being fat). I told the other 2 Dr workers comp sent me to that Burgess denied it being work related they laughed and couldn't believe it. 20 years on the same job working with tongs,working my wrist and elbows all day long in a factory and it's not job related. Body mass is a lifestyle risk but repetitive industrial work is the major cause.

He did surgery on my hand. Everything went smooth and my finger and hand are healing good.

Terrible terrible terrible complete waste of time

Too many small errors and procedures and not done as well as you could...pain was intense and unnecessary. Doc...it really pains me to have to say this but it's time for you to retire and spend time with the family.

Third one in my family that's had surgery done by Dr Burgess, would recommend him to anyone.

Poor bedside manor. Doesn't seem to truly care about you as a patient as least that's how he came across to me.

All I have to say.... DON'T go there I'm serious about this....
